zMAG7 Is Live: The Magnificent Seven in One Position, Held Onchain on Base
Zoth opens zMAG7 to eligible users outside the United States, converting a single stablecoin deposit into equal-weight exposure to the Magnificent Seven, held through Coinbase Tokenized Stocks on Base.
Zoth opens zMAG7, a zVaults product that turns a single stablecoin deposit into one position across seven US-listed technology companies. The vault is offered under Regulation S to eligible non-US persons and is live for users outside the United States and other restricted jurisdictions.
The seven constituents are the Magnificent Seven, the group of US technology companies that carries the global technology trade. zMAG7 holds all seven at equal weight, so the position moves directly with that basket rather than tracking an index built to approximate it.
In September 2026, Zoth announced that it was building the vault. All seven constituents are now onchain and the vault is open.
An eligible user funds zMAG7 in stablecoins. The deposit is allocated across seven Coinbase Tokenized Stocks, each a B20 token on Base and each carrying an equal 14.3 percent weight: Amazon (AMZNc), Apple (AAPLc), NVIDIA (NVDAc), Alphabet (GOOGLc), Meta (METAc), Microsoft (MSFTc) and Tesla (TSLAc). Between them the seven cover AI infrastructure and semiconductors, cloud, enterprise software, search, digital advertising, consumer technology, e-commerce and electric mobility.
Every token is a beneficial claim on a real listed share. The underlying shares are held by Alpaca Securities LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC, in regulated bankruptcy-remote custody, separate from Coinbase. The tokens are issued by Coinbase onchain SPV Ltd, incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
Dividends are reinvested rather than paid out. A cash dividend is converted into shares and reflected by raising the redemption multiplier, which leaves token balances unchanged and increases the number of shares each token converts to. Stock splits and other corporate actions are handled the same way, so zMAG7 is a total-return position.
The structural point is the single position. Holding the basket directly means acquiring, sizing and maintaining seven separate tokens. zMAG7 collapses that into one deposit and one holding, inside a platform those users already run for stablecoin payments and yield.
"Owning a share of a US company has been a question of which passport a person holds, not what they can afford," said Pritam Dutta, Founder & CEO of Zoth. “zMAG7 turns a stablecoin balance into a position in seven of the companies building the global economy, with a claim on a real share behind every token."
zMAG7 is an equity exposure product. It carries no stated yield, no target return and no fixed payout. Its value tracks the market prices of the underlying shares, which are volatile and can decline. All seven constituents are technology or technology-led companies, so the basket carries sector concentration risk. The tokens trade at any hour of any day, including weekends and US market holidays. Pricing uses Chainlink total return data feeds, and onchain liquidity for tokenized equities can be limited outside US market hours, so entry or exit may occur at prices away from the underlying. Availability is subject to eligibility and to the applicable product terms.
