Zoth and Movement Entered a Strategic Partnership to Build $1 Billion Cross-Border Rail and Global Vault Infra for Institutional DeFi

Singapore — June 2, 2026 — Zoth, a privacy-first stablecoin neobank building yield and payment infrastructure for the Global South and the emerging Agentic Economy, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Movement to build $1B cross-border rail and global vault infra for institutional defi.

The agreement positions Zoth as Movement’s native RWA yield layer, bringing zVaults into the Movement ecosystem and enabling eligible fintechs, neobanks, wallets, and payment providers building on Movement to offer institutional-grade yield on stablecoin balances.

The agreement expands Zoth’s stablecoin-native infrastructure across three layers: yield, settlement, and cross-border payments.

Why Yield Infrastructure Matters for Emerging Markets

Across emerging markets, hundreds of millions of people now hold stablecoins as their everyday dollar account. Total stablecoin transaction volume surpassed $28 trillion in Q1 2026, moving money at the scale of the world’s largest payment networks.

Most of that activity is not on Wall Street. It is in markets where local currencies have failed and stablecoins have become the dollar savings account local banks never offered. But an idle stablecoin still loses to inflation. Yield is what turns it from a defensive hedge into a productive asset, and zVaults is the infrastructure that delivers it across the Movement ecosystem.

Zoth Becomes Movement’s Native RWA Yield Layer

As Movement’s native RWA yield layer, Zoth brings zVaults into the ecosystem as institutional-grade yield infrastructure that partners can integrate directly.

zVaults give eligible partners access to real-world-asset-backed yield without sourcing assets, structuring vaults, managing custody, or building compliance infrastructure themselves. The vaults pay up to 12% yield, backed by short-duration investment-grade credit-card receivables with a 45-day average maturity, with no lockup.

For partners, this is yield as infrastructure: a single integration that turns idle dollar balances into a yield-bearing product, with Zoth carrying the asset sourcing, structuring, and compliance.

“Stablecoins have already changed how users and businesses access dollars across emerging markets. The next step is making those balances productive and useful inside real payment flows,” said Pritam Dutta, Founder and CEO of Zoth. “Our partnership with Movement brings Zoth’s zVaults and payment infrastructure into a high-growth ecosystem built for scale. Together, we are creating a $1 billion corridor where yield, settlement, and cross-border payments converge into one stablecoin-native financial layer.”

Building the $1B Payments and Vault Infra

Zoth is a leading player in stablecoin-based cross-border payments, with over $400 million in total payments volume across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and MENA. By integrating with Movement, Zoth extends that infrastructure into a larger settlement and distribution ecosystem built for stablecoin-native finance.

The partnership gives payment providers, fintechs, neobanks, and wallets one connected stack for payment movement, settlement, yield, liquidity, and compliance. Zoth supplies the yield layer, Movement provides the settlement network and distribution, and partners retain the end-customer relationship.

Phase one brings zVaults to Movement. Phase two unlocks cross-border payment settlement across high-volume corridors in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and MENA, with Movement as the preferred settlement backend.

Together, the two companies are building a corridor where stablecoin balances move, settle, and earn yield at scale.

The Next Layer of Stablecoin Finance

Stablecoins have already become the dollar account for millions of users and businesses across emerging markets. The next phase is making those balances productive, usable, and settlement-ready, rather than idle.

Through zVaults, Zoth supplies RWA-backed yield infrastructure; through its payment rails, high-volume cross-border movement; and through Movement, a settlement and distribution layer built for the next generation of stablecoin applications.
