Position Overview
As we scale our partner network, vendor base, and financial operations, we're looking for a Business Operations Executive to be the operational backbone behind onboarding, finance, and reporting workflows.
This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone early in their career who thrives on structure, follow-through, and keeping multiple moving pieces — partner onboarding, vendor documentation, financial trackers, and leadership reporting — on track.
We're looking for smart, quick learners who can pick up new tools, processes, and concepts fast, and who'll work closely with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and the leadership team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of new partners, vendors, and service providers — collecting KYC/KYB documentation, contracts, and banking details. Maintain and update partner/vendor master data and onboarding trackers.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure onboarding due diligence is completed on time. Track onboarding SLAs and proactively follow up on pending documentation or approvals.
- Support finance reconciliation, vendor payment processing, and invoice tracking. Prepare weekly and monthly business operations reports, MIS, and dashboards for leadership.
- Track collections, receivables, and outstanding dues across partners and vendors. Maintain the Business Ops Tracker across functional areas and coordinate cross-functional follow-ups with IT, HR, Compliance, and Legal.
- Assist in preparing investor updates and leadership reporting decks. Provide ad hoc operational support to the leadership team as priorities shift.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business operations, partner/vendor onboarding, or finance & reporting roles.
- Strong working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, trackers, and dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and crypto/stablecoin concepts preferred. Prior exposure to fintech or payments environments is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with onboarding, KYC/KYB documentation, and vendor contracting processes. Basic understanding of accounting/finance concepts and reconciliation. Comfortable with Google Workspace; CRM/ERP or project tracking tools a plus.
